What we handle for you

Government liaison services provide businesses with experienced representatives who manage all interactions with UAE federal, emirate-level, and municipal authorities. Procedures are conducted in Arabic, require familiarity with government-specific portals, and are subject to periodic regulatory updates. We serve as an extension of your administrative capacity — handling submissions, tracking applications across multiple authorities, advising on compliance requirements, and keeping you informed at every stage. Available on a monthly retainer or per-transaction basis.

Timeline

Routine interactions: 1–3 working days. Complex multi-authority procedures: 5–20 working days.

Investment

AED 6,000

Government application fees, typing center charges, document translation and attestation costs, courier fees, and notarisation fees are separate.

Document clearing is the preparation, verification, submission, and tracking of official documents required for UAE government transactions. In the UAE's multi-layered administrative environment, a single transaction can require coordination of documents across multiple sources — each with specific formatting, attestation, translation, and validity requirements. Errors are the most common cause of rejection and processing delays. We conduct a systematic pre-submission review of every document against current authority requirements before anything is submitted.

Timeline

Simple transactions: 1–3 working days. Transactions requiring attestation or translation: 5–15 working days. Complex foreign-document chains: up to 20–30 working days.

Investment

AED 5,000

Government application fees, certified translation fees, attestation and authentication fees, typing center charges, and courier costs are separate.

Immigration support goes beyond individual visa applications to manage a company's entire immigration function: establishment card management, visa quota monitoring, work permit processing, employee residency, family sponsorship, renewals, cancellations, and compliance reporting. For businesses with foreign employees, immigration represents a significant ongoing administrative commitment. We provide centralized management across all these areas — proactively tracking expiry dates, preventing overstay fines, and keeping your workforce in valid status at all times.

Timeline

New hire processing: 10–25 working days. Renewals: 3–10 working days. Individual transactions vary by type.

Investment

AED 3,500

Government visa application fees, work permit fees, medical examination fees, Emirates ID fees, health insurance premiums, and establishment card renewal costs are separate.

The establishment card is the prerequisite for all UAE visa processing. Without a valid card, a company cannot sponsor any visa — employee, investor, partner, or family. It must be renewed regularly, updated whenever company information changes, and kept current with the immigration authority. An expired or outdated establishment card blocks your entire workforce. We manage the full lifecycle: initial issuance for new companies, renewals, amendments for signatory or address changes, and reactivation of lapsed cards.

Timeline

New issuance: 3–7 working days. Renewals: 1–5 working days. Amendments: 3–10 working days.

Investment

AED 3,500

ICP issuance or renewal fees, outstanding fine settlement, trade license renewal if expired, typing center charges, and courier fees are separate.

UAE labour administration for mainland companies is regulated by MOHRE under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. All employment relationships must be documented through MOHRE-registered contracts, work permits must be processed within required timeframes, and any changes to employment terms must be formally recorded. Violations result in financial penalties, operational restrictions, and can cascade into immigration processing blocks. We handle work permit applications, employment contract registration, labour file amendments, end-of-service calculations, and MOHRE compliance management.

Timeline

Work permit applications: 3–7 working days. Contract registration: 1–3 working days. Labour amendments: 3–10 working days.

Investment

AED 4,000

MOHRE work permit fees, employment contract registration fees, bank guarantee or insurance fees where required, document attestation costs, and MOHRE fine settlement are separate.

Once an application is submitted to a UAE government authority, it enters a processing queue where issues can arise that, if not promptly addressed, cause significant delays or outright cancellation. Authorities may request additional documents, flag discrepancies, or require clarifications — with response windows that are often time-sensitive. We provide dedicated, systematic tracking of all your pending government transactions: regular status checks, immediate response to authority queries, escalation of delays, and weekly reporting so you always know exactly where things stand.

Timeline

Initial setup and baseline assessment: 2–5 working days. Follow-up intervals: daily for urgent matters, every 2–5 working days for standard applications.

Investment

AED 2,500

Government fees for application amendments or supplementary submissions, document preparation costs, translation and attestation for supplementary documents, and courier fees are separate.
