Acceptable Use Policy
ZenVisa International Platform Usage Rules
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs all access to and use of the ZenVisa International platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Zenway International FZ-LLC, a company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone ("RAKEZ") and regulated by relevant UAE authorities.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
Definitions
"Abuse": Any use of the Services that causes harm, disruption, or damage to ZenVisa, other users, or third parties.
"Automated Access": Any non-human interaction with the Services, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts.
"Malware": Any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
"Spam": Unsolicited bulk communications, whether commercial or non-commercial.
"UGC": User-Generated Content: any content submitted, posted, uploaded, or transmitted by users.
Permitted Use
Users may access and use the Services solely for lawful immigration, visa, residency, and business setup consultation purposes; personal account management; communication with ZenVisa representatives; accessing documentation and resources; and other purposes expressly authorized by ZenVisa in writing.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall NOT: (a) Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE laws or applicable international laws; (b) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state affiliation with any person or entity; (c) Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected thereto; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or other user accounts; (e) Use the Services to transmit Malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code; (f) Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services; (g) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other Automated Access means without prior written consent; (h) Harvest or collect email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information of other users; (i) Use the Services to send Spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications; (j) Post, upload, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; (k) Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights; (l) Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes; (m) Use the Services to provide immigration advice to third parties without proper authorization; (n) Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions; (o) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services; (p) Frame or mirror any part of the Services without express written consent.
User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for all UGC they submit. By submitting UGC, users represent that they have the right to do so and grant ZenVisa a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.
ZenVisa reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any UGC at its sole discretion. ZenVisa does not endorse any UGC and expressly disclaims all liability arising from UGC posted by users.
UGC must not contain: false or misleading information; personally identifiable information of third parties without consent; confidential information of any person; or content that violates the rights of any third party.
Automated Access
All Automated Access to the Services is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by ZenVisa. Authorized API access is governed by separate API Terms. Unauthorized automated access may result in immediate IP blocking, account suspension, and legal action under applicable computer fraud and abuse laws.
Security Requirements
Users must: (a) Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials; (b) Notify ZenVisa immediately of any unauthorized account access; (c) Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available; (d) Ensure their devices and networks are secure and free from Malware; (e) Log out of their account at the end of each session; (f) Not share account credentials with any third party.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Policy may result in: (a) Immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services; (b) Removal of offending content; (c) Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; (d) Civil legal action for damages; (e) Criminal referral where applicable. ZenVisa reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Policy.
Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this Policy, contact: legal@zenvisa.ae. Reports should include: description of the violation; relevant URLs, screenshots, or evidence; date and time of observation; and contact information of the reporter. ZenVisa will investigate all reports promptly and may contact the reporter for additional information.
Service Suspension
ZenVisa may suspend access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if: (a) A violation of this Policy is detected; (b) Required by law, regulation, court order, or government request; (c) Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services; (d) Necessary to prevent harm to ZenVisa, its users, or third parties.
During suspension, users remain bound by all applicable terms and policies. ZenVisa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from suspension.
Reinstatement
Following suspension, users may request reinstatement by submitting a written request to legal@zenvisa.ae. ZenVisa will review the request and may reinstate access at its sole discretion, with or without conditions. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Cooperation with Authorities
ZenVisa cooperates fully with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and courts in the UAE and internationally. ZenVisa may disclose user information and content to such authorities without prior notice to the user when required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary.
Amendments
This Policy may be amended at any time. Material amendments will be notified via email and posted on the website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
